We employed Melanie Symington from Seaside Homes to design a new home on a block we had lived on for thirty years. We had always intended to rebuild and had collected a box full of ideas that were important to us but superficially incompatible with each other. Melanie managed to synthesise them into a logical layout from which a coherent design magically appeared. Melanie is a delight to work with and we absolutely love the home she has created for us.
