Comprehensive Planning
We prepare everything needed to support your development application, including architectural drawings (site plan, floor plan, elevations, and section), site analysis, waste management plans, energy efficiency reports (BASIX), and any necessary approvals such as Mine Subsidence Board stamping—especially relevant for rural and semi-rural sites.
Council Liaison & Advocacy
Dealing with Council doesn’t need to be daunting. We act as your advocate, preparing and submitting all documentation for Development Applications (DA) and Construction Certificates (CC), and remain the main point of contact for all council correspondence—ensuring your home meets local building codes without the stress.
